What the portal stores

Account names, login IDs, optional student mobile numbers, class and role, password hashes, assigned tests, attendance, monthly fee statuses, payment references and any receipt uploaded, submitted answers, marks and feedback are stored in the academy’s hosting database. Account and test actions are logged for administration. Hashed login identifiers and IP addresses are used to limit repeated failed sign-ins. The hosting provider may also keep server logs.

Who can see it

Students can access their own assignments, attendance, fee history and released results. Faculty can manage attendance across classes and access tests and submissions in assigned classes. Directors manage accounts, classes, attendance, fee confirmations and academic records. Faculty and Directors may add learning resources. The hosting provider processes the site’s stored data as part of providing hosting.

Why it is used

The academy uses this information to deliver tests, assess answers, provide feedback and maintain account security. A session cookie keeps users signed in. No advertising or analytics scripts are included in this portal.

Questions and corrections

Contact KV Academy on 8800554252 about account corrections, access or deletion requests. Parents or guardians should coordinate accounts for children with the academy. Uploaded fee proofs are restricted to Director access. Records remain until the academy removes them; deactivating an account does not delete its records.
