Enquiries through WhatsApp

The enquiry form asks for a student name, optional parent name, mobile number, class, enquiry type and optional message. These fields are used to prepare a WhatsApp message. Clicking “Continue to WhatsApp” passes the entered information to WhatsApp; you then review and send it to KV Academy.

This website does not save form submissions in a website database or browser storage. Once you send a WhatsApp message, the academy receives the information to respond to your request. WhatsApp processes information under its own policies.

Enquiries about children

A parent or guardian should contact the academy on behalf of a child. Please provide only the information needed for the enquiry; do not include identity documents, payment information or sensitive student records in the form.

Technical information and external services

The hosting service may keep routine request and security logs. This website package does not include advertising trackers or analytics tracking. Google listing links, WhatsApp links and some externally loaded test resources use third-party services with their own policies.

Student and staff learning portal

If you use the KV Academy portal, it stores account and login information, class membership, assignments, test answers, marks, feedback and security records in the academy database. Students can access their own assignments and released results. Faculty can access information for classes assigned to them, and directors manage accounts and academic records. The portal uses a sign-in session cookie and does not include advertising or analytics scripts. See the Portal Privacy Notice for full details. Parents or guardians should coordinate a child’s account with the academy.

Job applications

If you apply for a role through the Careers page, KV Academy stores the details and any CV you submit in its portal database for recruitment review. Applications and CVs are accessible to the academy Director through a restricted sign-in area and are used to assess your application.
